Mind-Body-Soul Community
The Mind-Body-Soul Community is a place to meet with like-minded individuals who are sincere and committed to inner change and living a joyful life. We meet between 1-2 Sundays a month. The time is flexible for all time zones and can be changed for each session. It is usually at 11:30am EST
Julia shares her expertise in the practice of Qigong and her practice based mainly on the teachings of people like Michael Singer, Eckhart Tolle, Dr. Joe Dispenza, Master Chunyi Lin, and others.
She also invites members of her community to take the spotlight and share their practice when it is relevant to the group. This is a space filled with people who are sincerely cultivating their inner awareness to raise their consciousness and meet with others on similar paths.
This community is part of the Qi Light and Qi Deep Subscription. Anyone else can donate as they can.
